Refund Policy

You will receive a refund for the net price of your claim if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of your billing date. This refund request will typically be processed within 10 days of receiving it and it will be processed through the same method as the original payment. Login to your account here.

If you were charged after forgetting to cancel at the end of a free trial:

We will refund your account as long as the request is made within 7 days of the billing date.

If you requested a cancellation but were billed:

Please specify in a request to the Support team the timing of your cancellation request and charge. According to our Refund Policy (please see above), we will refund the charge. 

What happens to my account when subscription is cancelled?

After canceling your subscription or trial, you will still be able to access ADX until end of billing or trial term. There is also a 30 day grace period where we will save your Projects data in case the account is renewed within 30 days of the cancellation.

If you don’t renew subscription within this 30-days period, all your projects will be deleted except the first created project.

Terms of Policy for Videography & Photography Services

Introduction: 

At Advanced Digital Experts, LLC, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional video and photography services. To ensure a clear understanding of the terms and conditions of our services, we have established the following Terms of Policy. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.  

Scope of Services: 

Our video and photography services include but are not limited to, pre-production planning, on-location filming and photography, post-production editing, and final delivery of the finished product. In addition, our services may be customized to meet your specific needs and requirements.  

Client Responsibilities:

The client is responsible for providing us with all necessary information and materials, including, but not limited to, the location of the shoot, any necessary permits and permissions, and any props or special equipment required. The client is also responsible for ensuring that the location is suitable and safe for filming and photography.  

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: 

Clients must inform us at least 48 hours before the shoot if they need to cancel or reschedule a shoot. If the client cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot, they will be charged a fee of 50% of the total cost of the services.  

Payment Terms:  A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the services is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the shoot. Payment can be made by credit card or check. Late payments may result in a late fee of 5% of the total cost of the services.  

Intellectual Property Rights:

The client retains the ownership of all intellectual property rights in the materials provided to us for the shoot. Advanced Digital Experts, LLC retains the ownership of all intellectual property rights in the finished product, including, but not limited to, the video and photography. The client may use the finished product for personal, non-commercial purposes. If the client wishes to use the finished product for commercial purposes, they must obtain the written consent of Advanced Digital Experts, LLC.  

Warranty and Liability: 

Advanced Digital Experts, LLC warrants that the services will be performed professionally and competently, using commercially reasonable efforts to produce a high-quality finished product. Advanced Digital Experts, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services or the finished product.  

Governing Law:

These Terms of Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.  

Amendments: 

Advanced Digital Experts, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Policy at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.   Acceptance of Terms: By using the services of Advanced Digital Experts, LLC, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Policy.  

No Refund Policy:
Please note that we do not offer refunds once the videography or photography services have been completed, edited, and downloaded. This includes any custom shooting that has passed the grace period of 48 hours after completion. Before proceeding with our services, please ensure that you fully understand the scope of work and your expectations for the final product. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us before the shoot. Our team is always available to answer any questions and provide additional information to help you make an informed decision.   

You agree to be bound by this No Refund Policy by using our services. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know.   

Additional Information

To ensure you have access to all necessary files, we strongly recommend downloading them within seven days after they are uploaded. However, we understand that sometimes extenuating circumstances arise, and if you need additional time, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our team will be happy to consider extending the time frame to accommodate your needs. So, don't wait until the last minute, and make sure to download your content as soon as possible to avoid any potential loss of important files.
